If you ask Gustav Hensel GmbH & Co. KG to stop using and/or delete your personal data, we will proceed accordingly. Data that is absolutely necessary for the processing of an order or for administrative purposes will not be affected by a request for cancellation or deletion. Please note that, if you withdraw your consent, a personalised service can no longer be provided since it is based on the use of customer data.
The app can be downloaded via various app store providers who collect and process your personal data such as your name, e-mail address and payment information. Further information in this regard, in particular on the purpose and legal basis of the processing, can be found in the respective data protection policy of the app store provider:
Personal data is information that can be used to identify someone; that is, details that can be traced back to an individual. This includes your name, e-mail address or telephone number. Personal data also includes information about personal preferences, hobbies, memberships or website browsing history.
If you decide to give Gustav Hensel GmbH & Co. KG your personal data over the Internet, for instance for the purpose of correspondence or placing an order, this data will be carefully processed in accordance with the strict provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in conjunction with the new German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG-neu).
By using the ENYCHARGE app, Gustav Hensel GmbH & Co. KG receives usage data, which is saved for backup purposes and could potentially allow personal identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages visited). This data is analysed by Gustav Hensel GmbH & Co. KG to understand user behaviour and to compile statistics. All measures undertaken comply with the stringent security standards of the German Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG) and the German Data Protection Ordinance for Telecommunications Companies (TDSV). There is no exploitation of personal data. We reserve the right to conduct statistical evaluations of anonymised data sets.
We collect personal data each time you use the app, firstly when you provide us with it in the app and secondly by the app automatically collecting it when you use it.
Personal data collected includes the following data located in a QR code:
This data is stored on the end device and conveyed to the charging station system when the connection is successfully established in order to enable authorisation. The data is then used to ensure the functionality of the app.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest in providing a functional app pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1f of the GDPR.
The stored QR codes are deleted if the app is uninstalled.
After installing the app, access and authorisations to use your personal data will be requested. These are required solely for the purpose of providing a functional app, in particular to be able to manage and improve the app. This includes the following authorisations:
If we receive your consent to access your location data, we will use the data to establish a Bluetooth Low Energy connection to the receivers. This authorisation is necessary because localisation can be performed by beacons or similar devices using BLE. The ENYCHARGE app does not perform localisation. It only searches for existing receivers and establishes a connection.
The following personal data is accessed in this process:
Approximate location
The legal basis for the processing of this personal data is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1a of the GDPR. You can revoke this at any time and thus deactivate access by changing the authorisation settings in the settings of your smartphone.
