Enclosures must be suitable for outdoor installation; the climatic effects and influences on the equipment must be taken into account. Box bases and lids made of impact-resistant polycarbonate, halogen- and silicone-free, color RAL 7035; transparent lid with tool-operated quick-release latches. Flammability in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, glow-wire test at 960 °C. Maximum water absorption of 10 mg according to DIN 53473. Protective measure: Protective insulation (protection class II).
