For outdoor installation, the enclosures must be suitable; climatic effects and impacts on the equipment must be taken into account. Box bases and lids made of impact-resistant polycarbonate, halogen- and silicone-free, colour RAL 7035; transparent lid with quick-action latches for tool operation. Flammability in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11, glow-wire test at +960 °C. Maximum water absorption of 10 mg according to DIN 53473. Protective measure: Protective insulation (protection class II).
