Option 1 - If you already have a myHENSEL account: select "MYHENSEL - LOGIN" and log in to ENYGUIDE with your user data.
Option 2 - If you do not have a myHENSEL account yet: select "MYHENSEL - REGISTER" to register.
Option 3 - If you have an old ENYGUIDE ONLINE account: please use this email address when registering again. This ensures that your old ENYGUIDE projects are available.
MyHENSEL is our registration process. With myHENSEL, you can now use all HENSEL online services with just one user account and enjoy exclusive benefits.
Once you have logged in, you can open "MY PROJECTS". Click on the left side the import function "ENYGUIDE 3 Projects" and the previously created projects will be displayed and can be imported into your ENYGUIDE 4 account if necessary.
Please send an email with the subject "No Enyguide 3 projects" to nygdhnsl-lctrcd. Please include your contact details (usually the signature is sufficient) and the email address with which you were registered in the old ENYGUIDE. If you have changed your email address, please include this information directly in the email.
When a project has been saved and successfully checked, a configuration ID is automatically generated. With this ID, you can easily share projects with your colleagues and customers using the "Share project" function. You will always find this function to the right behind the three dots next to the project name.
If you have received a
configuration ID, you can easily read it under "My projects" - "Configuration ID".
The configuration ID always starts with EG4 and contains numbers as well as capital letters.
The project will be
opened in read-only mode and only be added to "My Projects" with
save. The original project will not be changed by you.
If you want to add accessories, but the arrow for adding is not red, no drawn box has been explicitly selected (marked green). You can still place the accessory in a box by selecting it and dragging it with the left mouse button held down to the position where the green insertion options are displayed.
To select accessories more easily, please switch layers to hide covers and touch protection.
If you plan different distributions in one drawing, all boxes are combined and calculated into ONE distribution during the heat calculation. To correctly demonstrate the proof of heating, it is therefore necessary to plan separate distributions.
When testing a distribution system, all internal enclosure walls are knocked out to ensure optimum air exchange in the distribution system.
In some enclosure configurations, the breakout is not absolutely necessary, so that the hammer symbol can be used to manually reinsert previously removed interior walls.
Please note: The “Verification of temperature rise” generally refers to enclosures with knocked-out interior walls.
Depending on the enclosure configuration, the system adds the wall separator and the Mi FP 15 flange during the check to ensure the connection and stability between enclosures.
If a flange or connection box has already been planned on the side enclosure, a collision occurs because the assembly is not mechanically possible.
If the distribution is stable even without an additional connection, the inner wall can be inserted manually using the hammer icon. This deletes the wall separator and the small flange.
